The Exponential Science team was in full force on the ground at Paris Blockchain Week from 8 to 10 April 2025, supporting the Nodiens booth and celebrating the launch of the MiCA Crypto Alliance, a landmark initiative in the evolution of crypto regulation and sustainability.
Nodiens, a Web3 risk intelligence platform was launched in beta on the first day of the event and was represented with a booth. Meanwhile, the MiCA Crypto Alliance launch event was held at the Ritz on the 9th of April as an official side event of Paris Blockchain Week and brought together regulators, technologists, compliance leaders, and policy experts for an afternoon of insight, innovation and networking.

Supporting innovation with purpose
Throughout the week, Exponential Science worked alongside Nodiens at their booth, helping showcase the platform’s powerful data intelligence software. Nodiens provides in-depth risk metrics for over 4,000 Web3 assets, enabling investors and regulators alike to gain clarity in a fast-moving, often opaque market.
Adding to a busy week in Paris, Kristina Lucrezia Cornèr, our Global Head of Strategy and Partnerships, and Marco Javarone, Director of Research and Development spoke on multiple panels discussing the convergence of blockchain and AI and the importance of scientific research to the development of emerging technologies.
The MiCA Crypto Alliance takes the stage
A key highlight of the week was the official launch of the MiCA Crypto Alliance at the Ritz Paris, an initiative supporting MiCA compliance and promoting a more sustainable crypto ecosystem. After opening remarks from Nikhil, the event featured a fireside chat with Professor Paolo Tasca (Exponential Science) and Eric Piscini (Hashgraph), followed by a presentation from Juan Ignacio Ibañez outlining the Alliance’s mission and roadmap.

The official part of the afternoon concluded with a panel moderated by Magnus Jones (Nordic Blockchain Association), featuring Isadora Arrendondo (Hedera), Alireza Siadat (Deloitte), Emilie Moritz (Safello), and Alexandra Lloyd (YouHodler), who discussed the path to meaningful and practical crypto regulation. Following on from the panel, all the speakers and attendees spent several more hours networking while enjoying light refreshments and wine.
