Role and Responsibilities
- Design and Conceptualization: Lead the conceptualisation and creation of visually compelling designs for various marketing materials, both print and digital.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional visual identity across all materials.
- Uphold and enforce consistency in branding throughout diverse marketing channels.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Innovative Thinking: Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative design elements to enhance the visual impact of marketing materials.
- Introduce creative ideas to elevate the overall design aesthetic and support our knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing strategists, copywriters, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Clearly articulate design decisions and provide rationale during team discussions and presentations.
Skill Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Ability to understand requirements and translate them into well-thought-out designs.
- Studies in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, User Interface, Web Design, or a related field, or equivalent proven experience.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of web design principles.
