The Exponential Science (ES) Fellowship Programme is designed to bring together leading researchers, entrepreneurs, and industry pioneers who are actively shaping the future of emerging digital technologies.

Eligibility Criteria

Learn about the qualifications and requirements for both Fellowship nominees and nominators. Ensure you meet these criteria before proceeding with a nomination.

Fellowship Nominees

To be eligible for an ES Fellowship, nominees must meet the following criteria:

Requirements:

Be senior academics leading DLT, AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing, or Emerging Tech-focused groups, labs, or research centres within their institutions.
Demonstrate at least 3 years of active and impactful contributions in research, policy, or industry innovation in any of the above areas.
Hold an affiliation with a university, research institution, or industry organisation relevant to ES’s mission.
Commit to actively contributing to ES’s research, education, outreach, events, and collaborative initiatives.
Uphold strong ethical and professional standards aligned with ES’s values.

Non-eligibility:

The following individuals are not eligible for nomination:
Members of the ES Board.
Individuals with a major research or ethics violation.

Nomination and Evaluation Process

Nomination Submission
The nominator is responsible for:
Preparing the ES Fellowship Nomination Form, and ensuring the nominee meets all eligibility criteria.
Optionally soliciting up to two endorsements supporting the nomination.
Submitting the ES Fellowship nomination form.
Evaluation and Selection
The selection process for ES Fellows involves:
Assessment of technical achievements, policy impact, and leadership contributions.
Review of feedback from references and endorsers.
Scoring based on innovation, research impact, and alignment with ES’s mission.
Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an interview with ES representatives if necessary.
Final selection of new ES Fellows.

He has also made impactful contributions to Blockchain Technologies and Smart Contracts, including around 20 co-authored patents that enhance network-level anonymity, scalability, and IoT integration. His research also addresses the financial sector’s adaptation of blockchain technologies, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and security.
