Product Manager

Job Description‍

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead web development projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical expertise, and a passion for creating user-friendly, functional, and visually appealing websites.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management:
   • Manage web projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
   • Prioritize tasks based on client needs and technical feasibility.
   • Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation.
2. Website Development & Feature Implementation:
   • Collaborate with developers to build and implement new website features.
   • Oversee the technical aspects of web development and ensure high-quality deliverables.
3. Design & User Experience:
   • Partner with designers and artists to create responsive, user-friendly, and on-brand website designs.
   • Ensure design consistency across all pages and devices.
4. SEO & Performance Optimisation:
   • Optimise site performance and search rankings through technical improvements and SEO best practices, and work alongside an SEO specialist to upkeep all the websites.
5. Stakeholder Communication:
   • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering requirements and providing regular updates.
   • Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications for the development team.
6. Quality Assurance & Testing:
   • Oversee the testing process to ensure the site meets functionality, security, and performance requirements.
   • Identify and resolve bugs or issues before deployment.
7. Technical Knowledge:
   • Apply knowledge of web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
   • Understand and utilise web analytics tools and SEO algorithms to guide development.

• Proven experience as a Website Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of web development, UX/UI design, and SEO principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Jira).
• Experience working with development teams and content management systems (Webflow).
